Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Klaayo ("we", "us", "our"). Klaayo is currently run by an individual seller/maker and is not yet registered as a formal business entity in India — we'll update this page the moment that changes. By browsing this website or placing an order with us through the website, Instagram, or WhatsApp, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before ordering.

1. About Our Products

KLAAYO offers handmade resin pieces as well as selected artificial jewellery. The following natural variations apply to handmade resin products, which may include pigments, dried flowers and decorative flakes:

• Minor variations in colour, pattern, air bubbles, and finish are natural and expected — they are not defects.
• Photos on our website/social media are representative, not exact; actual pieces may differ slightly.
• Slight variation in size/weight (a few millimetres/grams) may occur between pieces of the "same" product.

2. Made-to-Order vs Ready Stock

Some products are kept as ready stock and ship faster; others (especially customised colours, text, or sizes) are made fresh once you order. We'll always tell you which applies to your order before you pay.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice.
• At present, orders are placed via WhatsApp or Instagram DM, and payment is accepted only via UPI or direct bank transfer.
• An order is considered confirmed only once full payment is received and acknowledged by us — please keep your payment screenshot/reference ID until your order is delivered.
• We do not currently process payments via card, net-banking gateway, or COD.

4. Order Processing Time

Ready-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces typically take 5–7 business days to craft and cure properly before dispatch. Timelines may extend slightly during high-order periods (festive season, sales) — we'll inform you if that's the case for your order.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund only before we've begun making it. Once a custom piece has been poured or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, since materials and time are already committed.

6. Replacement Policy (Please Read Carefully)

We currently do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind, sizing, or taste-based reasons. We do offer a replacement for items that arrive damaged, broken, or incorrect — strictly under the following conditions:

• You must record a single, continuous, unedited video starting from before you open the sealed package, through to fully unboxing the product — no cuts, pauses, or edits.
• The issue (damage/wrong item) must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with this video as proof.
• If no such unboxing video is provided, or the issue is reported after 24 hours, we will not be able to offer a replacement or return.
• In exceptional cases we may still agree to a replacement outside these conditions at our discretion — in such cases, return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
• Approved replacements will be remade/reshipped at no additional cost to you (aside from any case above where you bear shipping).

7. No Refunds Policy

Except where a replacement is approved as above, all sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds at this time.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, photography, and content on this website and our social pages belong to Klaayo. Please don't reproduce, resell, or copy our designs and images without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Resin products are decorative items and should be kept away from prolonged direct sunlight, open flame, and extreme heat, which can cause warping, yellowing, or damage over time — this is a property of resin, not a manufacturing fault. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, mishandling after delivery, or normal wear over time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Klaayo operates. For any concern, reach us first at support@klaayo.com or via WhatsApp — we'd always rather resolve things directly with you.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our business grows and formalises (for instance, once we register as a business entity, or begin international shipping). The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
