What we collect
Depending on how you use KLAAYO, this may include your name, contact details, delivery address, order details, customisation requests and feedback. Your shopping bag is stored in your browser.
When information is shared
We share only the information needed with service providers that help us operate the website, store submissions, deliver messages, process payments when enabled, and ship orders. These may include Netlify, Supabase, Brevo and our courier partners, DTDC and Delhivery. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Updates and feedback
Newsletter and stock-alert requests are used for the updates you choose. You can ask to stop these messages at any time. Only feedback approved for publication appears publicly, with your consent, name and city. Email addresses and order references are not published.
Postal code suggestions
To suggest a city and state, we send only the PIN code you enter to PostalPincode.in through our server. Your name, email and street address are not sent to that lookup provider. You can correct the suggested details.
