How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready-stock pieces usually dispatch within 1–3 business days after confirmed payment. Made-to-order pieces usually take 5–7 business days before dispatch. Courier transit time is additional; special preservation projects may need a separately agreed timeline.
Which courier partners do you use?
We ship through DTDC and Delhivery. Your courier and tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Will my resin piece look exactly like the photos?
Natural flowers, placement and resin finishes may vary slightly. These small differences are part of handmade resin work. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.
Can I personalise the colours, name or design?
For eligible pieces, yes. Submit a customisation request with your idea and required date. We’ll discuss the possibilities, price and timing with you.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please record a continuous unedited unboxing video, starting with the sealed package, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details. Read our Returns & Replacements policy for the full process.
